  7. Connect, Influence, and Inspire: From Kitchen Ping-Pong to the Executive Boardroom // Sharon Gidron-Paskin & Alon Neuman
As product managers, you constantly navigate a dynamic environment, leading without formal authority – a delicate and challenging art filled with constant uncertainty. 8. When the Solution Comes Before the Problem: Building a Product People Don’t Yet Know They Need // Lior Sassy, Product Management Lead, Lightricks

This talk explores the process of problem discovery, collaboration with design partners, key tools for understanding product-market fit, and the unique challenges of product management at the heart of the AI revolution.
  9. The Invisible Opportunity: Creating Buy-in for an Unprioritized Problem // Eliran Zagbiv, Product Lead, Riverside.fm
Long wait times can significantly impact user experience, especially in processing-heavy products like AI-powered tools. But what happens when a well-known issue remains deprioritized? And how do you determine how long users are actually willing to wait? In this talk, Eliran will share his journey of driving organizational buy-in to improve wait times, revealing how precise user-centric measurement and translating data into business value led to creative, previously overlooked solutions. Product managers will walk away with practical tools to identify similar opportunities and build a compelling case for driving meaningful impact.
  10. How We Measured the Value of Notifications Without Using a Single Clickbait // Inbal Horn, Product Manager, monday.com
To measure a product’s impact, choosing the right North Star Metric is key. Inbal will share how she identified the right metric for her product by combining data and user empathy, and how this process not only uncovered the correct metric but also shaped a complete product strategy.
  11. How to Turn a Complex Product into a Story That Works // Ran Liron, Head of Product Design at Skai
Every product tells a story – the question is whether users understand and connect with it. In this talk, Ran explores key factors that influence user satisfaction and shows how applying storytelling principles to UX design can improve engagement, reduce churn, and boost perceived value. Using real-world B2B examples, he’ll demonstrate how reframing user experience as a narrative—not just a flow—can turn a complex product into one that truly resonates.
  12. Better Data, Smarter Decisions: Empowering PMs with Trusted Analytics // Scott Cohen, Head of Customer Success & Solution Engineering, Mixpanel
Struggling to get timely insights from your product data?
